I’ll be the first one to admit, I’ve forgotten to collect homework in the past. One of the neat things Show My Homework does, is send you a morning email reminder to let you know you have homework to collect for each of your classes. For me this really helps as I’m sure like many of you, there are lots of other things going on and it’s quite easy to forget.

If you are not getting your homework morning reminders, please check your junk mail folder. I’m sure Outlook is filtering some emails sent and putting them into your junk mail folder. If you do see an email from Show My Homework, that is filtered as junk simply click the “Not Junk” button. You only need to do this once.
Show My Homework is a brilliant tool to use right now if your school has been effected by the Icelandic Volcano. At Henry Compton, we have a number of staff out at the moment and have had to send certain year groups home. To provide home education teachers at my school are using Show My Homework more than ever and it’s been a big hit with parents.
Visit the Henry Compton School website to see how we are using it

PS. Remember the Best things in life are Free :-) Show My Homework I hope is one of those things :-)
Welcome to the Show My Homework Blog. My name is Naimish Gohil and I am delighted to be writing our first blog post! I’ve been working on Show My Homework over the last 9 months. It’s been a thrilling ride so far and it’s about to get even more exciting as more and more people start to discover Show My Homework.
I’m actually a teacher working full-time at Henry Compton School in West London. I created Show My Homework from my own experiences. If you’d like to read a little bit more about me, please check out my short bio on the About Us page.
In a couple of lines, Show My Homework makes it easy for teachers to post homework questions, attach worksheets and set deadline. For students, they get to see all their homework on one page. For Parents, they can keep track of all their child’s homework.
I’m working on a number of new features all the time working hard to ensure they are useful and important to the Show My Homework community.
Recently I added a new feature to let teachers add class tests and national exams. I guess perfect timing, considering GCSE exams are just around the corner…
Happy Homework posting!
Naimish Gohil
